3) Who is your target customers?
We offer modest and modern fashion for women age 18 to 35 years young.
4) Do you have offline/ physical boutique for me to visit?
No. We just focus on online boutique.
5) Do you provide COD (cash on delivery)?
Yes for Masai and Pasir Gudang, Johor only. This COD is free.
6) Where is your office?
We are home-operated business. Our display clothes/ items are placed in a room in our house. View here

8) Why I did not get any reply/ response from you?

10) How to pay?
Payment can be made through online banking/ bank deposit/ atm transfer to our Maybank/ CIMB. You can also pay via Paypal (with minimum charge). Read here
11) I want to buy this item/s, but why there is no "add to cart" button?
It means the item/s already sold out. You can ask us to restock.
12) What is BANK WIRE?
Bank wire is payment made via online banking/ bank deposit/ atm transfer. You have to select this type of payment to make payment.

14) How to transfer the exact amount of my purchase by bank deposit?
You have to round the amount of payment to higher/ nearer amount possible. We will give the balance in your parcel.
15) I cannot fit into/ I don't like my item/s purchased from you. Can I exchange it?
Yes. We have 7 days return policy. Read here
16) What about postage? How much I have to pay for delivery?
We will only post using POSLAJU. The rate is approximately RM6 for Semenanjung Malaysia and RM9 for Sabah/ Sarawak.
17) What if I'm not available during poslaju delivery?
You need to sign on the delivery of your parcel. If you are not available at home/ delivery address, you have to bring the poslaju's notice and collect it at their stated office.

19) How long it takes for me to receive my parcel?
Semenanjung Malaysia: 1 to 2 days. Sabah and Sarawak: 3 to 4 days.
20) Why I'm not received my parcel? / How can I know the status of my parcel?
Email u to get your tracking number and check your status here
21) How to know whether you have receive my payment or not?
You will get an email from us stating that your payment has been accepted. Check also your SPAM inbox.
22) How to know whether you have send my parcel or not?
You will get an email from us stating that your item has already shipped.
23) Can you update me the new arrival of your collection?
